Meet me at the football pitch end of Rock Park for a circuit based exercise class. The 45 minute coached session includes:

A WARM UP - Mobilise all joints ready for a full body work out

THE CIRCUIT - Cardio, body weight, resistance training, strength and endurance

COOL DOWN & STRETCH

No session is the same - I'll structure each class in a different way so you will never get bored! I'll be keeping a close eye on your technique and giving you options to increase or decrease the challenge depending on your fitness needs. I'll motivate and encourage you along the way! 

​

Do you have a particular goal in mind? A holiday? A milestone birthday? Pelvic floor concerns? A niggely knee perhaps that needs strengthening? We can have a chat and I can then tailor your class to suit.
